# Spaecify

> A platform where an expert's own AI agent documents a real AEC process (for example facade panelization from a Rhino model) into a structured, machine-readable ProcessSpec. A manager reviews one frozen candidate and approves it on a web page. Agents can draft and submit, but can never approve.

## How to work

1. Call list_work (GET /v1/work), then get_context for the workflow.
2. Ask the expert for an existing procedure, one input and one successful output. Reference or upload them.
3. Save coherent sections with save_draft. Always send the revision you read as expected_revision and a new idempotency key. On 409, reread and reapply.
4. Raise a blocking question instead of inventing a constraint, number or source.
5. Resolve readiness blockers, then submit_candidate. A person approves on the review page.
6. Read list_comments and address what people say about each item. Reply with add_comment.
7. When you are given an assignment, accept or decline it with respond_assignment. Hand sections to a colleague with delegate_work.
8. Upload screenshots as PNG or JPEG with annotations, and give every file a digest: a plain summary for people who won't open it.
9. Give every file a purpose (procedure, sample_input, sample_output, past_job, standard, tool, decision, failure_case, clarification). A new version of the same document is a revision: upload it with supersedes.
10. When a rule, number or step needs a document someone else holds, ask them with request_document. Requests to people not yet on the process are only drafted until a person sends them from the website.
11. Documents asked of you appear in list_work and list_requests. Add them with provide_document.
