Spaecify helps construction firms document how their experts work. This page says what we keep and why.

What we keep

• Your name, work email and role, given by the administrator who invited you.
• If you sign in with Google: your Google account's email address and an identifier, used only to confirm it is you. We don't receive your Google password, contacts or files.
• The processes, comments, questions and files you or your AI assistant add, and a history of who changed what.
• Sign-in records: when you signed in, and the browser and network address used, to keep accounts safe.

How it is used

Only to run the service for your organization: showing the work to the people in it, emailing sign-in codes, invitations, reminders and review requests, and keeping an audit trail. We don't sell data, show advertising or use your content to train AI models.

Who can see it

People in your organization, according to their role. Email is delivered by Resend, Google sign-in by Clerk, and the service runs on a server in the European Union (Hetzner).

Keeping and deleting

Data is kept while your organization uses the service, with daily backups kept for 14 days. Your administrator can remove you at any time. To have your data deleted, or for any question, write to the administrator of your organization.
